AET enters the hydrogen conversion market for passenger cars.

For Immediate Release - 1st September 2008

Alternative Engine Technologies Pty Ltd is pleased to announce that it has released to the market its DuoHydro Hydrogen electrolysis product for use on petrol or gasoline cars.

After much analysis of the available product in the marketplace, we noticed a number of operational deficiencies that we identified as being unsuitable for long term use. So we developed our own system that remediates the issues faced by a number of our competitors, and more importantly as compared to the “backyard” guidebooks offered on the internet, our system does actually work as soon as it is put onto a vehicle.

For the average family car or SUV running on petrol or diesel, savings of 15-50% are not unrealistic, with the higher savings available to vehicles that have a lower fuel economy than normal.

With this product, AET is prepared to offer a money back on return of unit if the device does not lower your fuel bill by 15%.

Pricing – between $2,500 and $2,900 plus fitting in Australia, the variation is due to each vehicle being different and some will require more customization, than others.

Construction of the device is from stainless steel, and auto grade plastic, with industry standard brass and hose fittings, with a series of safety features to prevent engine damage.
